Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

 

SFBT Is a future focused, goal orientated hope supporting therapy. Practitioners assist clients to see the solution rather than focusing on the problem. Developed in the 1900 as a therapeutic approach to using positive psychology principles. It sustains behavioral change through strength-based reconstruction of innate belief systems and behaviors.

The client controls the formulation, reconstruction, and application of the behavioral change.  Working with trained clinicians the client enables inner strengths and emotional regulations to empower the desired solution.
